(A beloved sister from Puerto Rico gave this prophecy to our Apostle in 1988)
The Father sends his servant Gabriel, as an emissary, an ambassador, a messenger to continuously affirm his people.
Jose Luis, valiant man, brave man, your loins have been girded with the truth of the word. Loins girded with the true word, the word that carries real weight and perfect, because they are the loins girded with the word of grace. There is no other word. No other message. There is no other belt that should gird the loins of the Messenger, but this is the true belt, the belt of grace over your loins. I have given you the authority to speak it, teach it, live it, and show it so that it shines. So that the people are taken as they were taken by Joshua when he crossed them to the Promised Land. Taking the people to maturity until that new man is formed, that complete man, that man that has another spirit as in Joshua, who was able to enter with Caleb because he had another spirit...
I have placed you as I placed Joshua to conquer the earth, for you to go forward and have the people enter into that new experience, in that new dimension of the covenant. To take ownership, to know that the fullness of life is here and now as is the future one. It is totally guaranteed. I have girded your loins with the truth and with grace. I have given you grace to show grace. The angel assigned specifically and clearly to your ministry is precisely the angel of grace.
I GABRIEL GO WITH YOU. I walk with you, help you, assist you, direct you, teach you, show you, reveal to you, and deal with you. I have been sent to support you, to guide you in the path of grace. There are many riches for you to know and many dimensions for you to discover. Your responsibility is not just for you to enter, but to have others enter with you in this new path, in this new teaching, in this revelation although being old it is new. You know it is new among the people; this is why I say it’s new. Even though, it is eternal and existed before the ages. It is what the Father’s heart has loved. This is what has moved the Father to give the Son. Christ was grace poured into the heart of men.
It must be taught; the people must know that the only plan of the Father is to save by grace. Save by grace. His love is so great! He does not see the condition of man, he doesn’t see his poverty, he doesn’t see his rebellion, he doesn’t see his hardness, he doesn’t see his cruelty, he doesn’t see his heart, but covers him in his grace and covers him in a perfect love. He covers him constantly and eternally. He decided to gather a group of people going after his grace, going after the glory of the grace. In which, he will show what he is capable of doing. Those he has called to rule and govern the world.
You have been called as a servant of this grace. You have been one of the servants called for the last hour. To show this grace, to renew the people, to change the foundations, so that for the first time, it could be seen how great, how great, how great the plan of God is. I have been working your land, and you have been able to feel me attesting those stakes, nailing them firmly in your heart and making an unmovable work, and this is what I will do in the people you minister. This is what I will do in the people and in the world where I will take you. It is a lot of people, a large group of people. But I have given you men and women as the Father gave Moses. Men that will help, that will sustain, and that will work with people and help with their battles. Men that will lift your arms when you are tired. Men and women that will help you with the work I have given you. I have given you the vision, and I expand it, says the Father, in your heart and in your mind. I sharpened your hearing so you can hear advice, to hear the word, to hear teaching and to clarify the vision in your heart, to move you at a precise pace.
I WILL NOT ALLOW YOUR MIND TO BE CONFUSED. I WILL NOT ALLOW YOUR HEART TO BE CONFUSED. YOU WILL HEAR THE TRUMPET AND WILL HEAR A CERTAIN SOUND. I promise to make in your heart a certain sound. That you know when the tent shall be still, when it’s time to gather to congregate, and when it is time to mobilize for battle. Everything will be clear in our life because I have put in you the docility that I put in Moses, to hear my word and to be mild, to be mild and let yourself be guided. This is why you don’t incursion in other things because I don’t let you incursion. I have placed you in what you are doing, I affirm it today, and I confirm it today and I clarify it today. But I will add all that you need to establish the tabernacle, to lift the tent, to extend it. To work with tranquility knowing that there are helpers. They are collaborators.
They love you, care for you, guard you, protect you and spoil you. They now have tenderness in their hearts for you because it is the tenderness of Christ revealed in their own hearts to surround you. You have needed much tenderness in your life and much care in your life. In these years I have slowly been filling your life, surrounding you with love. I have been filling your life of people that will help you, that will protect you. There have been lives that have hurt you, and there have been lives that have betrayed you. There have been lives that have not understood you, but for each one that has left and each one that has hurt you, I have added ten that cover you. I add ten that love you, ten that will not be capable of hurting you. They wouldn’t be capable of hurting you because they have me, says the Lord, says the Lord, says the Lord. The Father loves you and dresses you. He renews your dressings this morning, José Luis. He dresses you with new clothes; he transforms the dressings in you. He will change them as he changes the work in your hands. He will be changing the doing in your life. He is entering your life in new aspects of a new teaching. There will be new things that he will reveal to you, that he will show you. He will give you many tasks for practice, many practical tasks which will shape others.
Many tasks that will lay the foundation of things that are of today, from here and now. Things, where you may believe there is not much anointing, but I am there and guiding them. So that people can see my grace in the practical and common things. See my work, see my perfection. See what I am capable of doing. Within the purity of my love, within the purity of my perfect vinculum, and here is where I have given you work to do. You will occupy yourself in opening new doors, and you will worry in the things that are rudimentary, but today I give you wisdom. I impart your life with prudence. I impart your life with wisdom. I impart your life with knowledge. I impart your life the knowledge of knowing what to do, what to say, when to keep silent. So you can teach others.
I am raising pastors, according to my heart, according to my heart, according to my heart. I utilize you as a model at this time. I call you as my carpenter. I call you as my architect. I have given you tools to make temples where your spiritual eyes will be able to see the work. I place tools in your hands so you can build, precisely, places of services and worship where I am, where precisely my heart desires. They are in bodies, in lives, in minds and in souls. You have to detail the work. You must cut wood, work on the knots of the wood.
You’ll be laboring precious work, a work although sometimes silent and hidden, but it is a profound and permanent work. What I have given you will remain. I have given you the things of the spirit that is neither straw nor wood. Things that a man doesn’t see or value, things that men many times confuses with non growth, but every time you lift a trophy, it will be my trophy. Every life you lift, you can say: “THE LORD DID IT¨.
God lifted you, called you to do it. Do you remember when God told Joshua to take the arc across the Jordan and on the other side he told each of the tribes to lift a stone? They made a monument of remembrance of me crossing the people from one side to the other. Each life will be a lifted trophy. It will be one of those lifted trophies of what God is capable of doing by taking a man out of the dunghill, out of the dross, out of the world, out of bondage and not only having him cross the Red Sea in salvation, to be formed in the dessert, but through death in the life of the soul so they can enter into the life of the spirit. This is a profound task, a great task, it is a task where you have to set your heart on it, and you have set it. You have set your heart on this, and in this I want you. I want you in this, for the rest, I will bring others. I will surround you with what you need, I will set the additions. I will do what is needed to be done, but I want you affirmed in this.
Your heart is affirmed in grace to do it, to preach it, to speak it, to live it and to teach it. I want you in this. I HAVE girded you for this. I don’t care what others say, I put grace over you. I SUPPORT YOUR LIFE, I ANNOINT YOUR LIFE. This is why I have lifted you because you are a man that reflects what I am capable of doing. I did not call another, I called you. You are the one that reflects this for my glory.
They will say it is incredible, but it is. It’s not possible, but it is. How can he speak with such authority? - Because it is I. Who prepared him? - I prepared him. I will be the ONLY ONE to carry the glory. Only I will magnify in this. It is ONLY I. I AM. There is confusion in many, but in your case every man that submits to me in humbleness can say: IT’S GOD WHO DID IT. THE LORD DID IT, JESUS CHRIST DID IT, THE SPIRIT DID IT. ALL THE GLORY IS MINE.
I tuned your life as an instrument, I tuned it. I have shown you the tools to tune not only your life but others. Do it, and promptly it will be done because I do the expansion. I move those affined lives. I will place them. I take them and place them: I AM who places them, I AM who open doors. I AM the one to open fields. I AM the one who takes them out of their countries. I do this. I am the one who places them in another country. I do this with the lives that you prepare. IT’S AS IF I HAD GIVEN YOU A QUARRY, AS IF I HAD GIVEN YOU A FACTORY. Each finished piece, you hand it over to me and I move it and I place it in the strategically places that I have. Through this the work will be great. Every time I WILL MAKE A GREAT MAN, it is not according to what the world believes. The spirit of God shows you this today.
When God spoke with Zachariah about his son, the son that was born when he didn’t expect him, and said: I will make a great man of him, a great man of him. For the men of Israel, was John great? No he wasn’t great. Would the world say that John the Baptist was a great man? No. Nonetheless, he was great for God. He was great according to the purpose of God. He did what God wanted him to do. He submitted to the process that God wanted him to submit to. He took him to the dessert and there he fed him, he formed him.
He dressed as God told him. Not according to how man said but how God showed him to. He was great because the word was fulfilled. He was great to the point that Jesus Christ was able to say: "from the prophets until John". Who of you have come to see a man shaken by the wind, but he made him grand. He knew how great he was. Yet, according to what a man sees, he wasn’t. The applause of a man is not it. A man enlarges what is small. A man applauds what is worthless. A man precisely recognizes what has no value. I recognize, I raise and I affirm. I call men, not to edify human cities, or natural ones but to edify my people, to edify that city that has no foundation.
Work for what is spiritual. Therefore, I VALUE WHAT IS SPIRITUAL BECAUSE I CAN SEE IT AND RECOGNIZE IT. The Spirit of God surrounds you in with my power, with new breath, with new expectations, with new joy, with new hope and new breath.
The Spirit of God surrounds you. The Spirit of God surrounds you, your wife and your children. It surrounds your home. It surrounds you today, it surrounds you today, it surrounds you today. It completes things today; it completes them today for you and yours. Not only has he sent his servant Gabriel but has sent angels around this place to surround you, to care for you, to complete you, to calm your spirit, to calm you down and minister peace and minister joy and to say today: Rejoice for being part of the plan, to be part of and participants of His plan in the end of the days. The Lord sees things complete, and calls men to help complete, and you are part of them.

The Father sends me with this word, Jose, with specific word this morning, and making it evident, Jose Luis, Gabriel is with you; this is the angel assigned to you. Assigned to your work, to your specific work, and who will always be there as ordered by the Father, with word from the Father, with guidance of the Father. He blesses you this day and every day of your life with a fresh blessing each day. With a new blessing each day and takes away every load. He takes away every uncertainty today, and every question.
He places your heart in his purpose to affirm it. The Father says you are in transit that you are in transit. Do you know what it is to be in transit? To be pending to be moved at any moment. You are in transit, you are still in transit, but God will tell you, he will show you. He will work in what is needed to be worked on in your home. So that you are not the only one to move, but where everyone understand that they are all moving. The desire of the Father will be placed in each heart, even in your children. Your children will feel part of this move, part of all this. The Lord will make it very clear in the heart of your wife, in your wife’s heart. In the heart of Nydia, he will make it very clear and will move her and she will live with you as one, loving what you love, desiring what you desire. Wanting to be a part of what you are a part of. Not in subjection to you, but in subjection to me. The Spirit will do so in her life. You are in transit and you know it. This is why you can’t move or do anything new. You are in transit, but wherever you are, you are of blessing.
Wherever you are, you will put and do all that comes to your hand to do because of the ligament of my Spirit, even though when there is separation, apparently, it hurts but it is permanent. I don’t unite anyone to destroy them. I unite to enrich says the Spirit. Therefore, by uniting I enrich and your life is also enriched.
Never fear leaving something behind, because I don’t leave anything behind. I move you, but I don’t leave you. No one is abandoned says the Father. No one is abandoned. During this time, you wait. You live, you participate. Remove all worries from your head, from your heart, knowing that I speak to you with certainty; you will receive with certainty the time to move and when you feel it, you will move, and she will feel the same as you.
She will not see it as if she is subject to you and walks because you say to walk, yet she will see it is the time to walk. Your children will understand that it is the place and will enjoy the place where I will take you. Amen.
